Build Process

When embarking on the custom home build journey, there’s peace of mind in knowing we are on the same team and will be highly communicative throughout our collaboration. We work closely with you to ensure your vision is fully grasped and turned into reality. 

Consultation

During this stage, we communicate with you to collect all the essential information, discover your project goals and needs vs. wants, establish timelines, and determine budgeting and other initial details before a contract is signed.

Planning

During this stage, we review your design plans, identify the site development requirements and begin to acquire bids, identify preliminary selections, schedule, and complete initial surveys.

Pre-Construction

We will develop an estimate from our approved trades and suppliers, begin permitting application and process, develop a build schedule, conduct client onboarding meetings, and present a preliminary estimate to the client. We place great value on transparency; therefore, we want you to know what to expect in advance. 

Build Execution

Building execution is the process of managing the physical construction of a project from start to finish. It is an integral part of the project delivery process and involves coordinating resources and materials to ensure that the end product meets the client's requirements. This project stage includes mobilization, site development, site work, weekly progress meetings, and schedule updates with the client.

928 Construction works closely with architects, engineers and designers to help you plan your home.  We will establish the site development needs and initiate the solicitation of bids, the identification of preliminary selections, and the scheduling and completion of initial surveys.
